Home Move Box reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Home Move Box reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription on breach of these terms.
The subscription box service is available to estate and letting agents across the UK. We also supply mortgage advisors and financial advisors with our boxes if we’re confident they can give them to their customers on or around moving day.
I’m an existing customer, how do I activate my account?Click on ‘Activate Account’ on the homepage. Then enter your account email address. If you don’t have access to this email account for any reason, you have the option to add your Member ID and postcode instead. A pin number will then be sent to your email address. Enter this into the portal form and you’ll be given access to your account page. You can then create your account password.
How do I register to receive the subscription boxes?Just click on the ‘Register’ button on the homepage and complete the registration form. Then we’ll review your application and send you an email to let you know whether or not it’s been approved. If it’s approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to activate your account.
Why would my registration be rejected?Our subscription boxes are specifically for estate and letting agents to hand to movers when they collect the keys to their new home. The service is also available to mortgage advisors and financial advisors who are able to hand the boxes to their customers on or around moving day. If your business does not fit into these categories, then we’re afraid we’ll be unable to register you.
My logo won’t upload, what should I do?Your logo can be uploaded as either a jpg or png file, with a minimum size of 390 x 224 pixels. If your logo is not uploading for any reason, please contact us via the helpdesk here.
I’ve forgotten my account email address, what should I do?If you’re an existing customer, you can also login using your Agent ID number and delivery postcode. You will then be reminded of your account email address, which you can either choose to keep or update with a new one.

By asking you to agree to our terms and conditions we can feel confident that you understand how the service works and the important role you play in maintaining its success.
Visit the ‘My Subscription’ page and select the subscription you’d like to update. You’ll be taken to the subscription management page where you can update your subscription.
What changes can I make to my subscription?You can update your contact details, delivery address, box quantity and delivery frequency. Once you’ve saved your changes they will be automatically updated on our system, so there’s no need to contact us directly.
How can I cancel my subscription?You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account, visiting your subscription management page and clicking ‘Cancel’. Your cancellation will be automatically logged on our system, so there’s no need to contact us directly.
Can I add another branch to my subscription account?Yes, you can add a new branch to your subscription account from the homepage. As it’s a new subscription, we will need to review your registration application before confirming registration. We will notify you once it’s been reviewed.
