Who is the subscription service for?

The subscription box service is available to estate and letting agents across the UK. We also supply mortgage advisors and financial advisors with our boxes if we’re confident they can give them to their customers on or around moving day.

How much are the subscription boxes?

The subscription boxes start from £14.99 per month (excl. VAT) for a pack of eight boxes. Each box contains a range of treats and samples, and over £200 worth of savings for your customers.

How do I register to receive the subscription boxes?

Just click on the ‘Register’ button on the homepage, complete the registration form and add your payment details. Then we’ll review your application and send you an email to let you know whether or not it’s been approved. If it’s approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to activate your account.

How can I pay for the boxes?

You can upload your payment details when you register. You can choose to pay by card or flexible direct debit.

Is there a delivery surcharge for offshore locations and Scottish Highlands and Islands?

Yes. Deliveries to offshore locations and Scottish Highlands and Islands will incur a surcharge of £5 per pack shipped (six to eight boxes per pack).

Why do I need to agree to your terms and conditions?

The primary revenue we receive from our subscription box service is from the brands who include offers and discounts in the boxes. This means we need to make sure that the boxes are given directly to home movers so they can use these offers and discounts. By asking you to agree to our terms and conditions we can feel confident that you understand how the service works and the important role you play in maintaining its success.

Why would my registration be rejected?

Our subscription boxes are specifically for estate and letting agents to hand to movers when they collect the keys to their new home. The service is also available to mortgage advisors and financial advisors who are able to hand the boxes to their customers on or around moving day. If your business does not fit into these categories, then we’re afraid we’ll be unable to register you. Our primary revenue comes from the brands who include offers and discounts in the boxes, and so we have to be sure that they will be handed to home movers.

Subscription Management

I’ve forgotten my account email address, what should I do?

If you’re an existing customer, you can also login using your Agent ID number and delivery postcode. You will then be reminded of your account email address, which you can either choose to keep or update with a new one.

I’m an existing customer, how do I activate my account?

Click on ‘Activate Account’ on the homepage. Then enter your account email address. If you don’t have access to this email account for any reason, you have the option to add your Member ID and postcode instead. A pin number will then be sent to your email address. Enter this into the portal form and you’ll be given access to your account page. You can then create your account password.

Can I add another branch to my subscription account?

Yes, you can add a new branch to your subscription account from the homepage. As it’s a new subscription, we will need to review your registration application before confirming registration. We will notify you once it’s been reviewed.

What changes can I make to my subscription?

You can update your contact details, payment details, delivery address, box quantity and you can skip your subscription for one or two months. Once you’ve saved your changes they will be automatically updated on our system, so there’s no need to contact us directly.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Visit the ‘My Subscription’ page and select the subscription you’d like to update. You’ll be taken to the subscription management page where you can update your subscription.

When should I make changes to my subscription by?

If you are changing your subscription order, either ordering more boxes or upgrading, please be sure to make these changes by 15th of each month, to receive your new order the following month.

How do I make changes to my payment details?

Visit your account page and click ‘payment’. You can then update your payment details.

My logo won’t upload, what should I do?

Your logo can be uploaded as either a jpg or png file, with a minimum size of 390 x 224 pixels. If your logo is not uploading for any reason, please contact us at subscription@homemovebox.com

Can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account, visiting your subscription management page and clicking ‘Pause’. Please only use this option if you prefer to order as and when. If you require subscriptions every two months, or every three months, please use the skip one or two months option.

Your change will be automatically logged on our system, so there’s no need to contact us directly. Please be sure to cancel or pause your subscription by 15th of each month, for the following months order, otherwise orders will be processed and charges will still apply.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, visiting your subscription management page and clicking ‘Cancel. Your change will be automatically logged on our system, so there’s no need to contact us directly. Please be sure to cancel your subscription by 15th of each month, for the following months order, otherwise orders will be processed and charges will still apply.

Home Move Box reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Home Move Box reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription on breach of these terms.
